2002 spielte Brett Tucker Ben Yoder im Film The Outsider. Der Film gehört ins Western-Genre und spielt rund um eine Amish ähnliche Sekte, die sich in Montana Valley niederlässt in der Hoffnung auf eine bessere Zukunft.

Ben und Rebecca Yoder sind eines der Ehepaare aus der Sekte genannt The Plain People.

Die Bewohner der nahegelegenen Stadt wollen die Plain People aus der Gegend vertreiben.

Ben Yoder will sie aufhalten und wird kaltblütig von ihnen getötet.

Mit Hilfe von John Gault (gespielt von Tim Daley) nimmt Rebecca den Kampf gegen die Bewohner der Stadt auf.

The Neighbouring townspeople want to drive the Plain People out of their area.

Ben Yoder wants to stop them and they murder him in cold blood.

Rebecca started the fight against the townspeople and murderer of her husband with the help of John Gault (played by Tim Daley)
