Myles Pollard is acting as Detective Sergeant Phil de la Salle in the series Underbelly 2. He is a member of NSW Police Homicide Squad. Phil was handpicked to investigate Donald Mackay´s disappearance. Phil’s superiors were corrupt. They were confident that Phil´s investigation would fail. And that’s what they want.

He may have been a plodder, but Phil De La Salle had integrity by the bucketload. He is doing his job no matter what his superiors are thinking about him.
