The first role was in series 3 as Sandy Lancaster. Sandy works at a race-course. During an operation of the paramedics at the race-course Sandy tried to come on to one of the paramedics....with no luck.

The second role was much bigger and appeared in 7 episodes in series 6 and 7. Rachael played Kirsten Sutton, a young woman with cancer. During her stay in hospital the male nurse Matt fell in love with her. Kirsten also fall for Matt. At the end she can beat the cancer  for the moment, married Matt and had a baby.

Rachael really got her head shaved for the role of Kirsten Sutton.
